Mother always said we should eat our vegetables and today's nutritionists emphasis that we should eat a balanced diet with vegetables, protein etc. In order to do this I recommend you eat foods rich with vegetables, made with protein and delicious to boot! The magic food is of course MILK CHOCOLATE. Made of Cocoa BEANS, sweetened with CORN syrup, and a healthy dose of MILK to finish it off. Of course, if it were washed down with a vegetable drink, which made with the coffee BEAN, it would be even better. So listen to the dieticians (and of course mother) and eat CHOCOLATE every day!

|4 tbsp.||cake flour (plain, not self-rising)|
|3 tbsp.||chocolate chips|
|Add dry ingredients to mug, mix with a fork|
|Add egg and mix thoroughly|
|Pour in milk and oil and vanilla, mix well|
|Put mug in microwave, and cook for three minutes on High|
|Cake will rise over top of mug-do not be alarmed! Allow to cool a little; tip onto a plate if desired. Eat!|
|This can serve two if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.|

|Because now we all are only five minutes away from chocolate cake any time of the day or night!!!!|
|1||Crack 2 eggs into the quart size Ziploc bag (not more than 2 eggs) shake to combine them.|
|2||Put out a variety of ingredients such as: Cheeses, Ham, Bacon, Onions, Green Peppers, Tomatoes, Hash Browns, Salsa, Etc.|
|3||Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake the bag to mix them well.
|4||Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up.|
|5||Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelettes in a large pot. If you have more omelettes, make another pot of boiling water.
|6||Cut the bags and the omelette will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed.|
|7||Nice to serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake; everyone gets involved in the process and it becomes a great conversation piece.|

||Have the guests write their name on a Quart Size Ziploc Freezer Bag with a permanent marker
||Imagine having these ready the night before, and putting the bag in boiling water while you get ready
||And in just 13 minutes you have a nice omelette for a quick breakfast
||8 cups||Rice Chex cereal
|1 cup||chocolate chips|
|1/2 cup||smooth peanut butter|
|2 cups||powered sugar|
|Melt butter in microwave||Add chips and peanut butter; stir frequently until chips melt.
||In large bowl, pour over cereal until all is coated.
||Put cereal into plastic bag which has the powdered sugar in it.
||Shake to coat.
||Spread on wax paper or cookie sheet to harden.
||Store in air tight container.
||Looks like Puppy Chow, tastes great.
|1||well beaten egg|
|1/3 cup||grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 cup||cottage cheese|
|1 cup||Mozzarella cheese||Sauce|
|1 lb.||ground beef|
|1/2 - 3/4 cup||chopped onions|
|1 (15 oz)||jar of spaghetti sauce|
|Cook spaghetti according to package directions.|
|Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs into hot spaghetti|
|Form spaghetti into a "crust" into 10" pie plate|
|Brown onions and green pepper in small amount of oil until soft.|
|Add meat and brown,|
|Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.|
|Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust|
|Top with meat sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.|
|Top with Mozzarella cheese and let cheese melt. Let stand before cutting.|
|Take a generous helping of RED HAT SPIRIT.|

|Stir together with a spoon of HATTITUDE.|
Add a dash of ZANNINESS.|
